Cosmic Update

This PR realigns the polycule galaxy. Some stars have burned out, two new ones have gone supernova (hi Liesbet & Maxim), and the interstellar CI machinery got a tune-up.

Changes

  • 🌱 Added Liesbet + Maxim and their connections
  • 🗑️ Retired outdated nodes & ties
  • 🧰 Updated PlantUML, pinned actions, upgraded pre-commit tooling

Notes

The universe is now slightly more accurate and significantly less lint-angry.
